With 10 certifications and advanced training from some of the industry's leading artists, she has dedicated her career to mastering techniques that deliver beautiful, long-lasting results across a wide range of skin types and facial features. Her signature approach is inspired by modern Korean beauty principles, focusing on balance, softness, and enhancements that heal naturally.

Education has always been at the heart of Hailey's I Beauty. In addition to serving clients, Hailey provides private 1:1 permanent makeup training through Hailey's I Beauty Academy, helping aspiring artists and beauty professionals build confidence, refine their skills, and grow successful careers.
