ONLINE BOOKING
By making an appointment through our booking site, you are at least 18 years of age. You have read and understood our policies listed below. You are providing valid credit card information that is in your name to complete the reservation. You have read and fully understand our cancellation policy and agree to all late cancellation, no-show, and deposit charges where applicable. If you do not fully understand these terms, please email us for clarification before the use of this site. If you do not fully agree to these terms, please do not use this booking system.
DEPOSITS
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to place a deposit for your service. This deposit will be applied to your total fee that is due the same day of your appointment. Deposits are taken via Venmo and $50 Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
RESCHEDULING
Rescheduling appointments will only be possible if the artist is given at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. Due to limited appointment availability, Last-minute rescheduling will consider as a cancellation, you will lose your deposit.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of appointment date will not be able to transfer deposit to a later date and deposits will be forfeited. Same day cancellations or NO SHOW will be charged for the price of the FULL SERVICE. Please understand that we have set aside time for your appointment and without proper notice we will not be able to find a replacement for your appointment time. If you are late for longer than 15 mins, you will consider it as a no-show and you will lose your deposit. Payment is accepted via cash and Venmo
